Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the goals of highlighting informal women workers across all social media channels.
• Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
• Schedule and monitor posts and official social media platforms to ensure a consistent online presence.
• Respond to comments, and messages, and engage with the online community.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all content.

Campaign Ideation and Execution:

• Brainstorm, plan, and execute digital campaigns to promote the diverse on-ground work of SEWA in Delhi.
• Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with the organization’s mission and values while incorporating the unique voices of our bens.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Online Platform Upkeep:

• Manage and update accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and other platforms.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available on all platforms.

Graphic Designing and Writing:

• Create visually appealing graphics, infographics and other multimedia content for social media posts, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Support team in the design of high-quality content in the form of Information, Education and Communication materials (IEC).
• Generate compelling written and visual content for various social media platforms as online posts and blogs.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing efforts.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, audience engagement, and campaign success.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies for better results.
• Manage, supervise and coordinate with volunteers and social media interns.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking to generate engaging content.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Experience with website design and development
• Good at community engagement at ground level.
