• Program Leadership: Led the development and execution of Muskaan Dreams' programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Impact Evaluation: Design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of our initiatives.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation of organizational strategies and annual operating plans, with a focus on maximizing program impact and scalability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government partners, educational institutions, donors, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for our programs.
• Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of program managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Capacity Building: Identify training and development needs for staff and partners, and oversee the implementation of capacity-building initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
• Resource Mobilization: Support fundraising efforts by contributing to proposal development, donor engagement, and reporting, ensuring alignment with program priorities and impact objectives.
• Knowledge Management: Promote a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing within the organization, capturing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to inform program design and implementation.

• Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape, particularly government school systems, policies, and challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build strategic partnerships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make evidence-based decisions to drive programmatic impact and organizational growth.
• Fluency in English and Hindi required; proficiency in other Indian languages is a plus.
