Way2News launches initiative to promote news reading in government schools

Hyderabad, October 04, 2023: Way2News, the hyperlocal digital news app, is on a mission to overhaul the conventional practice of morning assembly news reading in Government schools. Ground reporters from Way2News have been actively working with schools in various Mandals and Talukas, collaborating closely with school authorities to introduce and utilize the Way2News app. Currently, 70 schools across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have embraced this initiative, providing students with a better grasp of information and nurturing a stronger inclination towards reading and staying informed.Additionally, Way2News acknowledges the importance of delivering content in vernacular languages, ensuring that sessions are conducted in languages accessible to students, thereby leveraging technology to bridge communication gaps and promote inclusivity.

Through this news app, students gain access to a wide array of news stories, spanning local, national, and international news, broadening their perspectives and horizons of information. This initiative offers an alternative avenue for students to expand their factual knowledge and cultivate a deeper understanding of the world around them.
