Mumbai, January 26, 2024: The women from Anokha Dhaaga, Tata Power's initiative for micro-entrepreneurship and women empowerment, were featured at the Cinema Fest in PVR, Kurla, as part of the ongoing Mumbai Fest. Fifty women from the Anokha Dhaaga Trombay community actively participated, sharing their stories fueled by the initiative and emphasizing the importance of sustainability in daily lives.

Their impact reached beyond words, engaging the audience and underlining the role sustainability plays in collective well-being. As a gesture, the Anokha Dhaaga team gifted upcycled bags crafted at the Anokha Dhaaga Centre Trombay, raising awareness and encouraging sustainable practices. The women demonstrated how a small act can have a significant impact, promoting a more environmentally conscious future.
