Brief History of the Organisation: , , The organization emerged in 1985 with the objective of overall development of society and started its activities from own Warapgaon village as chief functionary of the organization belongs to the village. Since his childhood, he had a dream to develop at least his own village as a model, which can be replicated in surrounding villages. The period 1985 to 1995 remained most struggling period for the organization. The constructive community development process ware enhanced after 1995 at the organizational level. , , In due course of the time the organization contributed significantly towards the socio-economic development of the poor and underprivileged. As a token of its contribution the organization Yuva Gram honored with National Youth Award in the year of 2001 for its contribution towards youth development in Beed district of Maharashtra. , , Today, it is a well-recognized organization in the fields of women & child empowerment, youth development, agriculture, sanitation, watershed development, environment management, awareness, training, resource mobilization and education. It posses the team of trained staff, well equipped training center, reference library and healthy relations with Govt. officials, like- minded organizations and target groups. , , Vision: Yuva Gram strives to reform unique structure of society that will create ample opportunities for development and provide space and raise access to mainstreams without discrimination of cast, creed, language, race and religion. We believe a society where in the poor, the marginalized and the under privileged enjoy equal opportunities to take part in developmental process. , , Mission: Yuva Gram aims at building capacities of poor and needy people in general and youth, women, dalits, tribes and small and marginal farmers with a view furthering their socio- economic conditions with special reference to health, natural resource management and constitutional rights , , Aims and objectives: , , To attempt for the overall development of Dalit, tribal, de-notified tribes, farmers, land laborers, marginalized farmers as well as women and children from all the categories. , To undertake studies and conduct research on different social, economical, cultural, and educational and health issues prevailing in the society. , To use available information and the innovations and create awareness at society level utilizing various campaign mediums as well as creating occasional and in-occasional material required for such campaigns. , To conduct and impart trainings to the activists at various levels engaged in social development. , To achieve the tasks of rural development through the science, technologies and the informal education as well as initiating activities to solve the basic problems like education, health and culture faced by the deprived lives in urban areas. , To organize, conduct and participate in the discussions, conversations, trainings, people s collective programmes and the meets that could be helpful to achieve / fulfill above aims. , To receive and even extend all the possible support and help from and to the individuals and organizations to implement and conduct the expected programmes according to the aims and the objectives of the organization.
