Special features of the organization

The Organization works for the prevention and control of NCDs, mainly diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, chronic respiratory diseases, cancer, stroke and mental health issues at the international level, especially in developing countries. Besides hosting various events and short courses, it organizes World NCD Congress every 3 years. World NCD Congress 2017 came out with Chandigarh Call for Action on NCDs to combat the growing burden of NCDs.
