Conducted on-the-Job training for print & electronic media houses. Have ensured meaningful employment to many youths after training them in digital media management 27 youths are working in the field of DTP/Cyber Cafe work environments. 9 are working for media house, including Satellite channels after receiving training for the Foundation. , Produced several films/documentaries on art & culture, socio-cultural issues that has helped Government take notice of the issues and helped them develop correct policy decisions. The issues highlighted are on vanishing tribes and filming their traditions & cultures, the way of life and the reservations the tribe encounters in order to keep them as emerging civilization. , Foundation promotes the use of multi-media as monitoring & accountable tools in Governmental & Organizational set-ups. Currently the Foundation is supporting the Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited to make its managerial staff and its associates, the private Turn-Key Firms, accountable to its policies, direction and goals through video recording of meetings and assurance and promises. , Conducted workshops on Photography and Filmmaking. Few professionals supported by the Foundation s expertise, infrastructure and knowledge sharing, have won National and State Awards. , The foundation is maintaining a Video Archive on varied social, political issues in a systematic manner which is getting processed for future reference material both for academic researcher, Government agencies and social researchers/activists. , Foundation has sponsored deserving and marginalised students to pursue their chosen academic or professional careers. Foundation has provided scholarships to 17 students with generous contribution from its associates over the last 3 (three) years. , , ***
