Help to Gramsabha of MendhaLekha for submitting CFR claim under Forest Rights Act 2006 for 1800 hector of forest land. Mendha Lekha is the first village in the country to get the claim sanctioned. Fought for recognition of Bamboo as MFP. This is the first Gramsabha to get rights to issue T.P. for Bamboo. , Gramsabha has planned and declared 12 percent of CFR land as nature reserve, which will be left without intervention.
