The main aim of Vimala Society is to render service to the Leprosy patients and help the needy children for their education. Since 1976 we could reach out to thousands of leprosy patients with the help of dedicated doctors and staff. Its a 80 bedded hospital where all the facilities like operation theatre, X-ray, OPD, Physiotherapy, Laboratory, eye care and MCR shoes are available for the leprosy patients. All the treatment, boarding and lodging totally free for all the patients. We have TB clinics where our para-medical staff goes regularly and give medicines. In order to ensure the future for the girl children of the leprosy patients, in 1993 we started a boarding service. the boarding takes care of the over all educational developments of the children. All the children go to near by school from LKG to class X. For these children too everything id free. In addition to these children we do help around 800 children for their education.
