The trust has a small leprosy town named Tapovan which houses residential facilities gardens one hundred beds hospital library school recreation centers an old age home a hostel for children of leprosy affected people along with industries such as carpentry iron smithy, Handlooms Powerlooms Printing Press etc The Founder of this institution Dr Shivajirao Patwardhan was awarded Padmashree for his field of leprosy Till date nearly six thousand people affected by leprosy are cured rehabilitated.
