Varadaan was establish in Nagpur in It is a register society which is license under Orphanages and Other Charitable homes Supervision and Control Act and Juvenile Justice Care and Protection Amended Act and has certificate to do in country adoption from Commissioner ate Women and Child Development Pune Maharashtra the broad aim of Varadaan is child welfare , Projects Promotion of Indian adoption Bal Sangopan Yojana Eklavya Shikshan Yojana CHILDLINE emergency helpline service for children in Nagpur city on NovemberVaradaan as a Support Organization is a partner of this ambitious network project which is initiated by the CHILDLINE India Foundation for the care and protection of children difficult circumstances in different cities in the country Since Varadaan is working as a Collaborative organization Creche in the Toli community School House for Children in Difficult Circumstances Project within slums in the city of Nagpur established by Varadaan in the year the broad aim behind this initiative was to assure protection of rights of children and to provide a safe place for children outside their homes within the community The Ministry of Women and Child Development and Ministry of Railways Government of India jointly taken an initiative to ensure the care and protection security and well being of runaway unaccompanied and trafficked children who come in contact with the railways Services are being provided to children who directly come into contact with the Railways based on calls and cases reported to CHILDLINE
