UDRA is one of the leading cultural institutions of Orissa founded by Late Guru Sahadeb Padhi. The organisation is led and nurtured by Ms. Arati Kar, a senior student of Guru Shree Padhi. It has made major contributions in projecting and popularising Odissi dance imparting intensive training to upcoming artistes both inside the state and abroad.
