Rehabilitation of Street Children, First childline in the State, Involved in drafting State rules on Juvenile Justice (care and protection of children) ACT 2000. Involved in drafting of state policy-state plan of action for child in Kerala 2004. Lead role in eradicating begging children in the district and enabling Govt to declare Trivandrum as beggary free district. Opening a women and child help centre at the central railway station in partnership with Southern railway, RPF and GRPF. Piloting compaign for the eradication of child labour together with District Labour department, District administration and Social Welfare Department. Pilot project to trace the lost children and their restoration accross the State in collaboration with Dept of Social Welfare. Rescue, Rehabilitation, restoration of hundreds of street children, child labourers, begging children and runaway children. Initiating School sustaining educational activities among slum children. First shelter home in the State registered as per JJ act. Creating child protection net work accross the state. As member of State Committee, has effectively intervened in appointing qualified and experienced persons for the effective functioning of JJBs and CWCs in every district.
