The organization is engaged in the proposed sector for the last 13 years and has sufficient infrastructural facilities of Land, Building, Machineries, Tools, and Skill Trainers etc. Above all, many of the targeted beneficiaries groups of Rural BPL & Women headed families are approaching us to provide them skill training in coconut value added products. Due to lack of funds, we could not implement. Now, we believe we can utilize the support of STEP scheme and we believe that our organization is competent to undertake this project. , , The traditional coconut workers lost their jobs due to the advancement of oil extracting machineries and many of the women became jobless. We think, we can rehabilitate them through STEP Scheme. , The training component included in this course is an integrated approach of multiple products, which never undertaken by any other agencies. , We are confident that after completion of this training program, the beneficiaries can start self-employment / Entrepreneurship. Our organization provides necessary support to achieve the aims and objectives.
