Special features of the organization

To raise money required for the society from the members and others by issue of shares and by borrowing by way of deposits or otherwise, To purchase such raw materials and appliance as may be required for the industry and retail the same either cash or credit to the weaver members, To purchase yarn and other raw materials and advance the same to weaver members who shall convert them into finished goods and deliver them to the society, to pay wages for such conversion and to arrange for the marketing of finished goods to the best advantage of the society, To purchase and hold on common or let or hire improved appliance connected with the industries, To act as agent for joint purchase of the domestic and other requirement of its members and for the sale of their finished products, To produce and direct the production of the various Handicrafts products in the area and advice the artisans in regard to improve production To purchase raw materials, appliances and other requirements and also to establish raw materials depots by the society for the benefit of members and arrange for marketing of the finished products to the best advantage of the society, To purchase and hold in common improved appliances connected with the Industry, To raise the funds required as detailed in the bye law of the society, To construct own and take in hire land building, godown, transport vehicles etc. for carrying on the trade, To establish and conduct sale depots, arrange show cases and conduct as well as.to participate in exhibition, seminars and conferences for the benefit of the member within and outside the area of operation to the society, To do such acts as may be conductive to the attainment of the above objects of the society.
