To establish the institution of computer training and IT Sectors. To impart training programmes to individuals and groups in Handloom and Handicrafts. Bamboo products, Rural Industries Programme To organise the programmes for agro-based projects and agricultural allied activities, wasteland development projects, wasteland management, post-harvest programmes, land development, dryland development programmes, desert and prone areas programmes, poultry, piggery, goatry, dairy, pisciculture, floriculture, fishery, duckery, apiculture and other income generating programmes.To promote cultural programmes, construction of cultural hall training centres, production of plays, tradition folklore, art and culture, preservation of ancient Tribal Art Forms etc. To establish the institutions, disabled schools, ashram schools, boarding schools, street boys and orphanage home, destitute home, old aged homes, day-care centres, short-stay homes, counselling centres, yoga schools, research centres, welfare of widows etc.To create and awareness among people in public health and sanitation, environment and ecology for maintaining a hygienic surrounding and to take programmes for prevention of epidemic and diseasepollution, relief rehabilitation of victims of natural categories, help to victims of riots other disturbances
