Funded by the Hans Foundation Delhi, we upgraded a small Kurumba Tribal hamlet of twenty families called Chengal Pudur. We provided a fence around the village to protect them from animals, gave water storage tanks, a rooster plus four hens for each family, repaired their roofs, gave smokeless chulhas, constructed a Medicine Preparation Unit(MPU), four toilets, built a cow shed for the 4 cows we bought them We set up a medicinal plants nursery also.The MPU was used to make traditional medicinine
