We had undertaken both Central & State Government trainings like Computer (Hardware & Software), Garments Manufacturing, Beauty Therapy, Jute Bag, Handworks, Bouquet, Sanitary Napkin, Masonry, Residential training to PLF Office Bearers, Social Audit Committee Residential training etc. Implemented through the DEPARTMENTS of Employment and Training (VTP - MES), MAHALLIR THITTAM, TNSRLM (Tamilnadu State Rural Livelihood Mission) DMM-District Mission Management Unit-Theni, TOWN PANCHAYATS, EX-SERVICEMEN WELFARE BOARD, NABARD, TAHDCO, ICDS, SSA (Sarva Siksha Abhiyan) are implemented to Women Headed Household (WHH), Youths, Self Help Groups, Women s, BPL Peoples, T-Sunami affected person s, Teen age girls, Ex-Servicemen and their widowers and so on. We made 80% employment to the Trainers. Those are employed in Government & Private Departments some are self employed.
