Special features of the organization

TCI Foundation is an organization registered under the Indian Trusts Act 1882. The Foundation is committed to serve the nation with a motto of equality and better life for all citizens. The Foundation works for all other entities within the ambit of Corporate Social Responsibility Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013. TCI Foundation is proudly associated with Government of India, State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings and Corporate to deliver the quality controlled CSR activities in India. , , TCI Foundation in association with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation USA was instrumental in the development of HIV/AIDS Control Project KAVACH worth 13 Million US$ fund targeted for truckers in India. The project was implemented by TCI Foundation as nodal agency from 2003-06 across eighty locations in different states of India. The Government of India in 2006 integrated the best practices of project Kavach in National AIDS Control Program and from 2006-12 TCI Foundation was empaneled as Technical Support Group to the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO). Currently TCI Foundation on behalf of State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings and Corporate actively implements the project across twenty locations in India. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation USA acknowledged the commendable work and has extended its association with TCI Foundation till the completion of National AIDS Control Program Phase-IV. , , TCI Foundation technically supported truckers program of Ethiopia and South Africa. , , TCI Foundation is also in vanguard to support and assist the communities including less privileged in India by facilitating primary and specialized health services, disability rehabilitation, primary and secondary education, women empowerment, women and child development, environment protection, disaster management and development of youth and sports in India.
