Lead agency -Uttar Pradesh on issue of DisabilitCapacity building of major stakeholders, civil society organizations, government officers, guardian of children with disabilities, policy makers academician and other concerned. Conduct sensitization program, cultural round up, co curricular activities for children with disabilities from the communities and slums to provide them extra opportunities for development and socialization and sensitize the society towards needs of the disabled.
