successfully implemented citizen help desk in district hospital udupi for four years and helping the client population as per guidelines. Helped more than 800 stri shakti women to start micro enterprises successfully. Given IEC to more than 17000 truckers about spread and prevention of HIV infection. Conducted extensive house to house survey of kundagol taluk villages particularly in endemic areas of Leprosy and identified 7 cases of PB cases and 3 cases of MB and successfully treated them.
