NGO Society for Education in Health and Allied Trainings (SEHAT) implementing project for most difficult HRG group i.e. injecting drug users (IDUs) who are adamant ,careless ,non cooperative with poor heath seeking behaviour , rejected by family and society . They don t care about their wives, children and always remain in search of drugs. For this purpose they commit petty crimes, like theft, pickpocket etc. many of them have criminal back ground. They are difficult to trace because they give false addresses to hide them selves from the field staff as well as form police and other law enforcement agencies.
