A dialysis centre has been functioning in association with N.C. Hospital Karassery to aid patients suffering from kidney dialysis. Four dialysis units are established under the society and this is one of the charitable activities of the Smile. , Free supply of wheel chairs for handicapped and bedridden individuals we have already supplied 45 wheel chairs for the needy. , , Sponsored a mobile freezer for grace Palliative care, Mukkam in order to lessen the burden of renting it for a huge price
