Innovation in teaching learning processes for children of tribal communities. Development of multilingual teaching learning materials advocacy research documentation. Sikshasandan as been directly enhancing the learning of fifteen thousand children of tribal community. The methods and approaches developed by Sikshasandhan has been replicated in other areas for strengthening of elementary education. Sikshasandhan has successfully mobilised govt for a multilingual education policy for Odisha.
