Special features of the organization

The male STD patients would be largely clients of female sex workers (ESW) and the female patients would largely be the sex workers themselves. This core group consisting of female sex workers and their clients would drive the epidemic forward. The magnitude of the epidemic would be a function of the size of this core group and its interaction with the rest of the population.
