Special features of the organization
Initiating its work in Social Sector in Shekhawati Region of Rajasthan in 1987, now organization has enlarged its operational area and is working in many districts of Rajasthan. Most importantly, after setting up the State level office at Jaipur, SRKPS has intensified its functioning on the campaign against the female feticide at the state level, which is a significant triumph for the organization. Organization gained a new direction and approach with working in support of voluntary sector and Government, and thus organization is working with defined objectives and agenda. , Organization has accomplished its journey of last two decades by performing better and quality work in the field of development sector. In spite of the lot of Socio- Economic changes that has been observed during this phase, organization has successfully achieved its targets and objectives in accordance with its vision and mission. Organization is totally committee and dedicated in implementing superior programs both in Rural and Urban Areas. We have constantly accepted the societal challenges and have kept our motive devoted to the integrated development of the society. , Since its initial years of operation, Organization s activeness is centered on the axis of the active community participation. For the communities contentment, activities of holistic development are been executed, in the operational area, with keeping an eye on the Optimal utilization of local available resources. Our role in the community is just of the Facilitator where work are been executed in agreement with community based action plan, where strategy is been made by consulting both women & men of all age groups. , We would like to reiterate that social awareness is our prime objective, providing better services to target community of society is our pledge and upliftment and welfare of villages, youth, women, marginalized, laborers and farmers is our aim, and to achieve this objective, pledge and aim our main intention is of better execution & implementation of projects and programs. , The main objectives of the organization are to improve the social, institutional and property base for the people who often remain unheard or ignored in a democratic and participatory approach of our country. To sustain this work community based organizations (CBOs) at the village level are linked with local, block and district level administration and PRIs so that these CBOs can take over the development programmes and reduce the dependency of people on others.
