Special features of the organization

A major role in building up basic skills among vast numbers of poor rural women from different parts of Odisha, so that, if they migrate for work else ware, they can earn better instead of working mealy as a laborer or doing other menial jobs. Further, those who stay back can do some better quality of work and help eradicate poverty. If they succeed in self-employment, they will provide part time, casual, temporary employment to some others.
