We are giving skill training to the Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes and religious Minorities poorest girls in the field of Tailoring, embroidery, computer training, beauty parlor training and language speaking skill training (English). Also we are giving training to the poorest mass in the field of entrepreneurship for starting new small business. We are conducting legal awareness programme and also on HIV,Female feoticide,women rights,education for girls to the youths and women of the above said communities.We are giving training to the poorest youth and poorest girls in the field of rural employment generation.We are teaching them the lesson to gain knowledge of the law and the Constitution of our Country. Mainly we are giving awareness programmes to the above said beneficieries in the field of untouchability eradication and gender discrimination eradication. Now we are concentrating on fashion designing and leadership developing capacity building. We are now concentrating on propagating the idea of low cost housing construction to the poorest marginalised group of the rural area.
