THE SOCIETY ENGAGED IN VARIOUS SOCIAL WELFARE ACTIVITIES. , 1.Sera Deki Gatselling Monastery: The Sera Deki Gatseling Monastery was establised with the Society initiative in 2001 to preserve Buddhist Culture and its unique tradition.The Society has attempted the various projects for the extension of the Monastery- such as Monastic School, Renovation, and accommandation for the Monks to the concern Govt. Departments. , 2.Family Counselling Centre: The Family Counseling Centre run by the Society since 2012 under the aegis of Central Social Welfare Board works in and around the district.It renders services to the society by addressing various atrocities, especially against woman. , 3.Awareness Programme on Child Labour:The Society has been continue conducting awareness programme on child labour in different places to protect the child in our locality.The condition in which the children work is completely unregulated in our juridiction.In order to remove such type of social evil. , 4.Awareness Programme on SHG(Self Help Group):The Society has organised awareness programme on SHG and Farmers club in the village to avail government assisstence and the villagers were also inspire and motivated to play the vital role in the social and economic development of the region and were also encouraged them to stand on their own feet to earn active place in the society.
