My School Satya Surabhi was founded in 1999 with 20 children in a small shed in our compound. My School Satya Surabhi managed by Satya Surabhi Trust provides free quality value based education. We are recognized by the deportment of Elementary Education Government of Tamil Nadu and also accreited to the National Institute of Open Schooling.In addition to the Academics My School Satya Surabhi also belives in the Empowerment of Women to realise this goal . We (a) run literecy classes for rural woman. (b) teach them models of Economic self sufficiency food. (c) teach their Health care practices because we believe that teaching a women all of the above in infect teaching the entire family. CHILDREN OF RAG PICKERS: We run classes in education at the primary level for Rag Pickers children togive them selfesteem and literecy. We also give them basic health care. Environtment - The fragile eco- system of the Palani Hills is a matter of concern to us. We teach our students to prodect / nuture the environment.
