Our organization has sought the realization of its agenda through formulating new methodologies evolving innovative and relevant strategies. We have been actively engaged with vital issues of concern effecting the deprive and marginalized people of our project area. Awareness generation and origination building features on our agenda with a view to disseminate ideas of peoples power and democracy reflected in various programmes undertaken. We have been committed to an alternative region which believes in new and better paradigms of development at the grass root level. In this direction we have been engaging in following major activities like as : Environment orientation to school Education Important aspects of envt. were focused in this programme and students are motivated for its protection in the interest of not only man kind but to all living beings. Literacy Prog.- Vigorous efforts are being made to streamline the children of Dalit in the age group of 11-13 years with main stream of education. Anti Child-Labour Prog- Through this programme parents were motivated to send their children to schools for education and not to commit offence by engaging children as child labourer. Agriculture and Horticulture- Through this programme many issues like need for renovating the traditional sources of irrigation like pond, ahar, pine, improved seeds, use of biofertilizer , vermin compost, harmful effect of chemical fertilizer were raised. Thereafter farmers have started using biofertilizers in their fields. Water and Sanitation- Through this programme bearing good impact as villagers are trying to use water safely for drinking purpose, started constructing sanitary latrines in their house premises, caring for their own and other family members personal hyging and keeping their surrounding neat and clean. Social Action Programme- Under this programme we are taking up the issues like communal harmony, natural disaster, social evils, women atrocities, dowry, dowry-deaths, mass killings, dalit rights, exploitations etc. Through our social action we pressurize government officals for their active involvement for the above causes and take stern and appropriate action against the defaulters.
