Mobilised 100 to 150 days employment in each of the year for the rural poor workers. Approximately 18600 workers are able to get the employment under NREGA ( National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) and stopped 85% of distress migration. , , Stopped 1620 child labour from both agriculture and non agriculture areas and enrolled them into the schools and monitor their regularity. , , Landless Dalit youth are educated and engaged in campaign for land. In the last one decade, 12620 acres of land is identified and distributed 5200 landless Dalit women who are intern in the process of converting the waste land into cultivable and also take up biodiversity based agriculture. So far, 1613 acres of land is brought under sustainable agriculture establishing seed banks in 18 villages. , , BDA involving methodology of: land levelling Vermi-compost production - soil enrichment through tank silt application pest management. Centralized service support through 18 seed banks with stock of drought resisted traditional seeds , , 860 rural Dalit families are consistently engaged in sustainable agriculture in dry lands and are able to produce minor millets & lentils and got out of the hunger and poverty. , , 3650 Dalit and Adivasi women are identified as most vulnerable single women in the project area living in inhuman conditions. Majority of them are shelterless and live at the mercy of brothers or brother-in-law houses working as bonded and unpaid workers. United them as association and campaign for their basic amenities viz. Housing, PDS cards, pension cards, health cards and development schemes from the government. SO far 1248 single women got access to Govt. housing program , 65% got PDS cards recognisieng them as separate family unit. , , 2935 out of 3650 single women are able to get NREGA cards and engaging in 100 days employment. 715 single women got house plots from government , 310 women got housing program, 1860 single women recognised as a family unit and got PDS cards, health cards, and also pensions. Mobilised income generation schemes from government and also from citizens. So far 1200 women got support as small shop keepers, vegetable vendors, own milk animals and goats. , , Campaign against female feticides among Dalits and backward castes led to closure of 6 illegal scanning centres and women associations in 40 villages are monitoring violence against women on dowry, minor girl child marriages, child labour and proper functioning of mid day meal in the schools. , , Identify and support destitute children and enrolled them into government free boarding schools. 30 children are supported.
