Special features of the organization
Some recent achievements of Sharma Arts & Crafts House: , i) SACH successfully developed and installed bronze statues of characters from the famous Nupee Lal (Women s War) of 1939 at the Nupee Lal Memorial & Complex in Imphal West District, Manipur during 1998 as a State sponsored initiative under the leadership of former State Governor, Shri O.N.Shrivastava. , ii) SACH successfully developed and installed a stonecast art-work titled as Atithi Seva at the complex of Manipur Legislative Assembly in Imphal West District, Manipur during 2000. The art-work was assigned by the Government of Manipur. , iii) SACH successfully implemented a 22ft.x11ft. fiberglass mural of I.N.A. freedom fighters at the outer fa ade of the Indian National Army Museum at Moirang in Bishnupur District of Manipur during 2005. The art-work was assigned by the Department of Art & Culture, Government of Manipur. , iv) SACH successfully developed a 21 feet tall prototype of Kanglasha (mythical beast) installed at the Kangla Fort in Imphal West District of Manipur during 2007. The art-work was assigned by the Kangla Fort Board, Manipur. , v) SACH successfully implemented a 22ft.x12ft. fiberglass mural of freedom fighters at the outer fa ade of Manipur State Museum in Imphal West District in 2007. The art-work was assigned by the Department of Art & Culture, Government of Manipur. , vi) SACH successfully developed and installed a stone cast statue of State Hero, Janeneta Hijam Irabot at Dharmanagar in Tripura State during 2008. , vii) SACH took a major role in avenue designing of exhibition ground for the Manipur Tourism Festival 2009 which was held for 10 days (December 10-20) at the Hapta Kangjeibung, Palace Compound in Imphal East District, Manipur. The Festival was held under the aegis of the Manipur Tourism Department. , viii) SACH successfully developed and installed a double-life-size bronze statue of State Hero, Thangal General at the traffic point of Wangkhei-Nongmeibung-New Checkon tri-junction in Imphal East District, Manipur during November 2009. The art-work was executed under an assignment of the Department of Art & Culture, Government of Manipur.
