Community Based Rehabilitation Programme, Conducting of Skill Development and Early Intervention Programme for the Metal Retarded Cerebral Palsied Autism and Multiple Disabilities. The women in our target area organised in to groups and given health education so as to look after their under five children Proper arrangements were made with the govt health department so that proper immunisation was administered to the target population During the women group meetings health and nutrition session
