Rukizumi Welfare Society

R kizumi Welfare Society (RWS) has been actively working for the upliftment of the society since its inception. Some of the areas (Project) that RWS has been undertaking are Reproductive Child Health(RCH), Oral Substitution Thearapy and Targeted Intervention project for Injecting Drug Users (IDU) & Sex Workers (SW). The society has been working for prevention of HIV/AIDs, STI and Drug abuses in the District. RWS has been able to cover 4 towns and 24 villages. As a result of its awareness, advocacy & sensitizing programs it has so far registered 780 IDUs and 44 SWs.
