Dr. Nagaraj established Rudramma Talkerappa Rural Development and Education Trust, under the aegir of this trust he successfully conducted eye operation camps at various other places and he carried the required instruments to these places at his own expenditure without any sponsorrer. Dr. Nagaraj has been visiting Molakalmur and Kondlahalli on every second Saturday and Sunday to attend eye operation camps for the past 30 years because of his commitment and dedication people from various parts surrounding to the Andhra pradesh and Karnataka border come to this hospital. In this respect it can truly be said that those people have been the source of inspiration for Dr. Nagaraj to establish MRT Rural Eye hospital. It is quite heartening that Dr. N. Vijay his son inspired by his father, became an and rendering service in all these eye operation camps.
