Special features of the organization

The society was established in the year 1993 to provide quality education to the tribal children of Spiti Valley and nearby Himalayan Region. At present the society is running one big residential school at Rangrik and one in Rongtong in Spiti Valley Aided by Ministry of Tribal Affairs . It also runs Day school at Kaza. It is the only society to implement Jan Shikshan Santhan funded by Ministry of HRD Govt. of India. , The Board Results of the school are so far excellent. The Chief Functionary was Honoured as Unsung Hero Of Compassion by His Holiness The Dalai Lama at San Francisco in America.
