RHIMA DEADDICTION AND REHABILITATION SOCIETY

The activities of the Society are threefold: De-addiction and Rehabilitation, Health education and promotion of social health and vocational training and rehabilitation. As part of it RHIMA conducted inpatient and outpatient consultations, medical detoxification procedures and emergency services comprehensive treatment programme which includes components of motivation of enhancement, relapse and prevention, group therapy , and family intervention, psychological interventions including yoga, therapy for relapse management, training of medical and non medical workers in the area on substance abuse and its cure, community awareness and out reach programme , screening of adults/addicts, motivation and counseling, health seminars and imparts skills for self employment and micro enterprises development.
