Provided an effective forum to represent for redressal of grievances of Railway Pensioners in particular & Central Govt. Pensioners in general. , 3. Opening of a Lockup dispansory and getting it upgraded to Health Unit by Railways act Chandigarh. , 4. Developing greater Health Awareness among the Senior Citizens by holding Medical Camps and Medical Seminars. , 5. Publication of Quarterly Journal to keeping Pensioners abreast with the latest Rules and orders on related issues. , 6 Multifarious Website for Railway Pensioners for Keeping Pensioners in touch with Past Present and Future , 7 Registration under SANKALP - an initiative od DOP&PW - to involve Senior Citizens in meaningful Social work. , 8. Helping through personal contributions , the poor, needy and the destitute children, widows and the elderly throgh various NGOs working in the region.
