Since its inception in 1986 the group is engaged in socio-cultural activities. In the field of theatre the group has the credit of many a popular theatre performances in the state of Bihar. Our popular and famous theatre festival is SAFDAR. Since 1989 in the memory of Safdar Hasmi the group organises a theatre festival every year in the first week of January. The famous theatre personalities such as Habib Tanwir, Usha Ganguli,N.K. Sharma, Anamika Haxer, sudhanwa deshpanday etc. had participated in our festivals with their productions. The group got the opportunity to participate in , Bharangam 2000 with our production.
