Ours is the first college in Maharashtra, established at Grampanchayat level in 1971to provide the opportunity of higher education to rural youth. At present the college has 2870 students (1402 boys and 1468 girls) with qualified and experienced teaching staff. The college offers 19 Under Graduate, 17 Post Graduate courses including Biotechnology and Computer Science, 7 recognized research centers in Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Environmental Sciences, Commerce, Physics and Economics.
