Prakruthi Charitable Foundation, a rehabilitation Centre Serving patients with mental illnesses, established by Dr. Kalpana Sringar in 2009. The main aim of the foundation is to reduce the family burden of the key relatives and bring patients back into their own house for rehabilitation.Temporarily the institution provides free medication, numerous types of counseling and organize an array of activities for the betterment of mental patients
