We engaged ministries, NHRC and the Supreme Court to recognize, give cognizance and work towards taking directive methods to protect workers from contracting the health hazard,working in the field of occupational health and fighting for compensation, medical benefits and rehabilitation for health victims. A special report to the Parliament was also submitted to seek a speedier intervention from the Government to work towards controlling the effects of Silicosis all over India.
