Pioneer in conducting Neethimelas (Lok Adalats) conducted 252 Neethimelas so far benefiting more than one lakh people in Kerala from Trivandrum to Kasargode. , , Created a culture of Mediation and settlement of cases out of Court , through ADR methods across the State. , , A State-level Accredited Agency of KELSA (Kerala State Legal Services Authority) PCSJ has given accreditation by KESLA for the conduct of Lok Adalat & Legal Literacy and Legal Aid Programs in the State of Kerala. , , Total Legal Literacy for Kerala a massive awareness campaign on Laws for the Common Man aiming 100% legal literacy in Kerala organized 1708 legal camps across Kerala. , , Para-Legal training Courses of different duration ranging from one week to three months for Women, Tribes, Trade Union Workers, Saksharatha Workers, Youth etc. of Kerala. Conducted 32 Para-legal training courses. , , Women-oriented programs Awareness Camps on Laws relating to Women, Reproductive Health Rights of Women, Family Dispute Resolution Programs, Vanitha Adalath, Survey on Dowry and Dowry related Programs, Seminars & Workshops on Women Issues at District & State Level, Family Counselling, Research Programs on Women, Exclusive projects for Women & Children in Tsunami affected areas of Kerala supported by UNICEF, HIV/AIDS Eradication and awareness programs for women sponsored by UNDP, Livelihood programs for the most vulnerable groups of Tsunami affected areas, Survey on land tenure of the BPL women and another Survey on Women of the Non-NHG in collaboration with Corporation of Cochin, supported by DFID, UK. , , Child - centered Programs, Life Skill Development Programs, Awareneass Camps on Child Rights in collaboration with Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Kerala, Child Fest for the Orphan and Destitute Children including Street Children, Counselling for children, School Counselling, Adolescent Counselling, Mental Health Clubs for children, summer camps for Children of the Tsunami affected area supported by UNICEF, Research work on Child Abuse by conducting survey on 10,000 school children of Cochin, Survey on Children at Risk, Psycho-social survey on 12,000 children of Tsunami affected area, as a joint venture of PCSJ, UNICEF and Social Welfare Department of Kerala, Project for Creating a Protective Environment for Children of Kerala affected by Tsunami supported by UNICEF, Seminars on Situation of the Girl Child supported by UNICEF, Seminars on Child Prostitution and Trafficking in all districts of Kerala supported by UNICEF. , , Pro-poor Programs: Land Tenure Project with Corporation of Cochin to improve the housing and sanitation of persons below poverty line and to reduce poverty thereby improving their living environment, Legal aid programs for the poor in undertaking litigation, Mediation and Settlement Daily at PCSJ office through ADR methods. , , Programs for Tribes with emphasis on eco-friendly laws in the tribal belts of Kerala. Conducted Para-Legal Training (residential) of 45-days duration for the Tribal Youth, Seminars & Neethimelas and awareness camps in the tribal belt. , , Service Provider as per Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 appointed by Govt. of Kerala. , , A Family Counselling Centre sanctioned by Central Social Welfare Board is functioning effectively in PCSJ. , , Cost free Liaison work, advocacy and lobbying work daily at PCSJ office to protect the rights of the poor and the needy in various Govt., Quasi-Govt. and even from private firms / organizations / institutions, already helped more than 10,000 persons. , , Joint venture with Corporation of Cochin to improve health and living conditions in the destitute home of Cochin the Palluruthy Relief Settlement (PRS) presently having more than 300 inmates, funded by BCF / GSK, New Delhi. , , Public Interest Litigation, PCSJ has undertaken the litigation of various programs affecting the people in common. Vaduthala Dilapidated Bridge, Bandh, Perumbalam Ferry Service, Chengara Issue etc. were taken up by PCSJ. , , UNICEF supported Psycho-Social Project for the Tsunami affected areas of Kerala benefiting more than 50,000 children. , , UNDP supported HIV / AIDS programs for the Tsunami affected areas of Alappuzha & Ernakulam Districts. , , Organized Surveys and Seminars & Mahila Adalats in collaboration with National Commission for Women, New Delhi. , , Conducted many seminars on Human Rights, Police & People supported by the National Human Rights Commission. , , AIDS Awareness and Prevention Programs as joint venture of Kerala State AIDS Cell and PCSJ. , , Joint venture with Allgnor Group, USA Education Program on Mediation and Settlement of cases out of Court. , Legal Awareness Programs with local bodies at the District, Sub-Division, Block-level and Grama Panchayat level. , , Sensitizing Programs on Environmental Programs at the District level. , , Sensitizing programs for the media persons and the public on various socio-legal topics including the Environmental Laws. , , Litigation Free Zone , , PCSJ in collaboration with KELSA and DLSA, Ernakulam and Cheranalloor Grama Panchayat could make Edayakunnam Desom of the Panchayat Litigation Free Zone, which was declared as such on 11-05-2003 by the then Chairman Sri.Justice K.A. Abdul Gafoor (Retd.).
