Special features of the organization

Every month three to five cataract surgery camps are held where 180-200 patients, often from outlying villages, come to regain their sight. They stay for three days during which not only are their cataracts removed but they receive full post operative care and subsequent regular followup upon discharge, they are given medicines and spectacles. All these services are totally free of charge. More than four hundred and eighty eye camps have been conducted so far and as the success of the camps.
