Developed as a Regional Youth Support Centre in eastern part of India. Worked in partnership with dist. admin. and govt. edu. Institutions. Contributed to various processes consultations such as National Youth Policy Odisha State Youth Policy MDGs Saksham Prog. National Volunteering prog. Designed innovative experiential learning journeys for young people. Created knowledge products such as lifeskills curriculum in Odia Peer Education Model and launched a course on Youth Facilitation.,
