Pahal Grameen Sewas Samiti (PGSS) is a nonprofit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 in 2011 by a team of dedicated social activists from village-Saidpur, PO-Pipria Aagru, Pilibhit District. Pahal Grameen Sewa Samiti is working in the field of social and welfare field. The agency is registered under societies action 1860 and having its office at village-Saidpur, PO-Pipria Aagru, Pilibhit operating in the district. The agency has started community welfare activities in all 07 blocks viz. Marauri, Puranpur, Barkhera, Lalaurkhera, Bisalpur and Bilsanda blocks, Pilibhit. The activities of the organization were community welfare, philanthropic activities, and awareness camps like Self Help Groups-Bank Linkage Programme (SHG-BLP), Farmers Clubs (FCs), Financial Inclusion, Grameen Soochan Kendra (GSK), Nukkad Natak on various issues/aspects, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Drugs, Environment, agriculture, Youth Awareness a part from the awareness camps this organization also observed various days like World HIV/AIDS Day, International Women Day, World TB Day. This organization is also actively involved in awareness about promotion, scientific and modern agriculture practices, financial services, employment generation, cultural and spiritual values. The activities conducted by this organisation are finance by its own resources and other agencies like NABARD. PGSS is active in all blocks with the collaboration of SHGs, FCs, youth clubs, mahila mandals, PIRs, students and Govt. Departments, etc. , All the members of the agency are very active, young, energetic and having good knowledge experience of the field. All the committee members are residing in the same village, the distance of the village from district HQ is about 3km. All the members of the committee performed Nukkad Natak on various programmes like Financial Inclusion Programme, transfer of technology etc. wherever they organize their programmes. , The agency also implementing Akshay Project-Awareness Programme on Tuber Closis (TB) in rural areas associated with Kaithalik Health Association of India, New Delhi.
