Counseling of the dust affected workers, apprising of the issues to the government and National Human Rights Commission, running coaching centers for the children, a girl has become a staff nurse working in Tata Steel and 16 students passed matriculation, IA and BCom. , 1.80 Crore monitory relief has been distributed among the kin of the workers died of silicosis in Jharkhand and 1.2 crore in West Bengal. Govt of Jharkhand developed Sate Action Plan for Prevention and Mitigation of silicosis.
