Formation of 250 SHGs. conduction of 20 HIV/AIDS awareness programme in rural areas. free bridge course for poor students. identification of 217 persons with disability,home based programme , home based education, awareness on causes and prevention of diability. conduction of health awareness programmes in various rural areas of west khasi hills district. freee medical camps for the benefit of the rural poor. campaign compulsary education upto 14 years of age. sensitisation and mativation for school teachers on the importance of proper schooling and on health related issues.skill training forSHGs members, youths and women on poultry,agriculture,piggery,food processing . capacity building training for artisans and SHG members on book keeping. facilitation for social auditing in MGNREGS in two blocks of the district.
