AAROGYA SURHUD is an initiative aims at girls who have completed their schooling but have not cleared board examinations. The future for these girls is very bleak. They generally find employment in the form of domestic help or childcare help. It is interesting to note that these girls come from socio economic strata where the families need the income that these girls generate. If these girls were imparted carefully structured training in nursing theory and practical, they would be employable
